What is Custom upload?
Custom upload allows the user to send us a .txt or .xls file that contains all the information that is needed to complete the specified form. We offer e-file, printing, and mailing service. The user can choose which services they want. After upload of the file you will receive an email with a price quote for the services requested. The differences between the services are as follows:
- E-file - Your data is converted into an e-file data file and sent to the IRS or SSA.
- Print and mail - Your data is used to create the different copies of the form specified (e.g. copies A,B,C,1,2 for the 1099MISC) and mail them to the correct addresses.
- You can also combine services. For example, you can request the e-file service and the print service to provide copies of the forms for the employees or contractors.
