About DE-9C(DE-6) Magnetic Media Filing
Under California law, every employer is required to file form DE9C(DE6), wages and withholdings report, to the California EDD every quarter. Employers with 250 or more employees are required to submit their wage reports electronically or magnetically. However, the EDD will soon stop accepting magnetic media filings.
